This purpose of this project was to have us use our knowledge that we gained from ENGL 309 thus far and find an interface that did not communicate well to its users. We then were to make the information on the site more accessible through an infographic. I chose Scheduling Assistant on MyPurdue because it is a fairly new way that students are able to register for classes at Purdue. It is a program that can be confusing and has a lot of components to it.

I know that if students knew how to navigate through Scheduling Assistant, it would help students with the scheduling process immensely. I started out with a site called "Piktochart" that gave me a template to begin my infographic. After I finished my rough draft, my peers in the class gave me feedback on their impressions on my infographic. I quickly learned that I had an overwhelming amount of information and my design was not very consistent throughout the infographic.
